كهرباء غزة تدعم تشغيل آبار المياه في حي الكرامة
ساهمت شركة توزيع كهرباء محافظات غزة في توفير كابل كهربائي للمساعدة في تشغيل عدد من آبار المياه بحي الكرامة شمال غربي مدينة غزة، بما يسهم في استعادة ضخ المياه وتحسين وصولها إلى السكان.
وتكتسب هذه المساهمة أهمية خاصة في ظل الظروف التشغيلية والإنسانية الصعبة التي تشهدها المنطقة، وقربها من المناطق الشمالية الأكثر تضررًا، وما يرافق ذلك من صعوبة في الوصول إلى الخدمات واستمرار تعطل أجزاء من البنية التحتية الأساسية، إلى جانب توقف عدد من الآبار ومحطات التحلية عن العمل في تلك المنطقة نتيجة تداعيات الحرب.
وتواصل كهرباء غزة، ضمن إمكاناتها المتاحة، مساندة تشغيل المرافق والخدمات الحيوية في المناطق الأكثر احتياجًا وصعوبة في الوصول، وفي مقدمتها مرافق المياه، بما يساعد على تحسين وصول السكان إلى احتياجاتهم الأساسية.
Gaza Electricity Supports Operation of Water Wells in Al-Karama Neighborhood
The Gaza Electricity Distribution Company "GEDCo" provided an electrical cable to help operate a number of water wells in the Al-Karama neighborhood, northwest of Gaza City, thereby helping to restore water pumping and improve access to water for residents.
This contribution is particularly significant given the difficult operational and humanitarian conditions in the area, its proximity to the hardest-hit northern regions, and the resulting challenges in accessing services and the ongoing disruption of parts of the essential infrastructure, in addition to the fact that a number of wells and desalination plants in that area have ceased operations as a result of the war’s aftermath.
Gaza Electricity continues, within its available capabilities, to support the operation of vital facilities and services in the most needy and hard-to-reach areas—primarily water facilities—thereby helping to improve residents’ access to their basic needs.
